POSITIONS AVAILABLE

• Assistant Manager
• Expected Shift Times: Weekdays 2pm-9:30pm, Weekends 12pm-7pm (subject to change or adjustment for store staffing needs)
• Previous management experience strongly preferred (manager, assistant manager, shift lead, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Greet and provide prompt and exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with questions and product selection
• Prepare smoothies, fresh squeezed juices, blended bowls, wraps, salads, etc.
• Prep fruits and vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness of store

MANAGEMENT DUTIES

• Assist with the management group of 15-20 Team Members
• Assist with the interview and hiring process for potential employees
• Train new employees
• Ensure all employees are performing all required duties to standards
• Communicate clearly and concisely with Team Members and Shift Leads. Be able to discuss performance improvement, areas of concern, as well as a job well done
• Level 2 Food Manager Certification is preferred, but not required
• Assist with scheduling of store staff
• Assist with inventory management and ordering
