Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair processes and answering client questions.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances.
- Drive to customer locations and transport necessary tools and equipment for repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used on app
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of appliance repair techniques
- Experience in field service and customer service
- Background in equipment repair and electrical systems
- Certificate of Insurance will be required after 5 jobs
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
