As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the nanosecond Pulsed Field Ablation (nsPFA) System for use in Minimally Invasive Surgery, the company’s first commercial product to harness the distinctive advantages of its proprietary nsPFA technology to treat a variety of applications in a minimally invasive surgery. You’ll provide leadership to the organization for the marketing of the nsPFA system for minimally invasive product portfolio and will drive the evolution of the nsPFA System to meet current and future global business opportunities. You will play a key role in ensuring that current commercial products are continuously improved to optimize clinical results and achieve high satisfaction levels.
You’ll Make an Impact By :
Developing global product marketing and product management strategy for the nsPFA minimally invasive surgery product line, translating customer / market needs into a compelling product vision and market-changing product solutions / iterations which align with corporate goals and objectives.Ensuring optimal customer / KOL interaction in the development process. Applying learnings to current and future marketing and product releases. Assessing / validating impact of new product concepts including investment needed and expected volume impact.Collaborating with marketing communications, sales, and clinical teams to direct development of educational and promotional material required to support commercial organization and other corporate needs; materials should reinforce product and brand positioning.Leading cross-functional teams through all aspects of the product launch process, and measure product success through post-launch product feedback.Serving as champion and subject matter expert on products; leading / supporting communications and training for products across the organization and to customers, as required.Serving as an internal subject matter expert for customer experience feedback and customer needs.Tracking competitive products and emerging technology.Maintaining sales forecast through collaboration with commercial team and finance.Developing internal and external training materials and leading internal / external training activities as required.Leading and managing market research projects as needed.Product planning, developing product roadmap and execution throughout the product lifecycle.Gathering, prioritizing and developing customer requirements and product specifications documents, including software requirements.Partnering closely with Engineering / RD / Ops to ensure alignment on technical and business requirements for the realization of products (hardware and software) based on end user experience and feedback during the development process.Partnering with Marketing Communications to develop national and regional tradeshow calendar, participate in key events; lead efforts including messaging, booth and promotional presence.Learning new technical skills and building clinical acumen for clear communication in all customer-facing materials.To Excel, You’ll Bring :
BS in BA in Marketing or technical-related field or equivalent. MBA preferred.5 years’ experience in product management, product marketing, or other relevant experience.Experience working in the medical device industry.Experience working with ablative devices and minimally invasive surgery applications is strongly preferred.Proven track record of developing, executing and monitoring marketing plan execution.Demonstrated fiscal performance, meeting top line revenue goals while managing bottom line spend.Proven track record of developing, launching and managing products.Demonstrated time management skills.Strategic thinker with ability to link strategy to tactics with faultless execution.Excellent writing, verbal communication, analytical and presentation skillsFamiliarity with Medical Device Design Control documentation a plus.Proficient knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Project.Ability to work independently, using good judgment, initiative and analytical abilities, to accomplish short and long-range projects, anticipate likely needs, and recommend actions with minimal direction.Ability to work as a team member, multi-task and be very flexible to adapt to the ever-changing work priorities and requirements of a dynamic, fast growing company.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Pay Range :
Compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors including location, job-related skills, experience, education, and training. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. This pay range is specific to Northern California location. Base salary range : $135K-$170K
