Job Overview:
The Customer Service/Sales Representative position contributes to the overall success by promoting the club and company, introducing prospects to the joys of fitness and maintaining a positive member experience for increased member retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model and promote the mission, values and guiding principles of PPF through appropriate appearance, words and actions.
- Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience, aiming to increase member retention rates by 5% each quarter.
- Adhere to all operational excellence standards, achieving a 95% satisfaction rate in member experience surveys.
- Consistently seek opportunities to gain new members, targeting a 15% growth in membership annually, and elevate service levels.
- Prospect for qualified leads and generate a minimum of 50 new member inquiries per week through phone calls, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop relationships within the community and local small businesses, participating in at least two community events per month to promote the club.
- Build a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals, aiming for a 20% increase in referral-based memberships quarterly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current members on a name-to-name basis, ensuring a 90% member satisfaction rate.
- Handle member complaints and resolve issues within 24 hours
- Determine prospects' goals and motivation, being knowledgeable of all products, programs, and services, and ensure prospects understand the value of PPF's role in helping them reach their fitness goals, aiming for a 30% conversion rate from prospects to members.
- Reach and surpass monthly sales projections, aiming for a minimum of 100% of the set targets.
- Refer all billing questions, including billing changes, transfers, and cancellations, to the billing company, ensuring a 100% accuracy rate in referrals.
- Attend sales and training meetings as necessary, maintaining a 100% attendance rate to stay updated on best practices and new strategies.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of gym equipment and facilities.
Job Type: Part-time with Full-time opportunity based on performance.
