To promote pharmaceutical care by managing the medication process, identifying and preventing potential drug-related
problems, and resolving actual drug-related problems. Additionally, to perform the duties of a registered pharmacist as

- Ensures the appropriateness of all medication doses in reference to the patient’s diagnosis, weight / body surface area,
allergies, and drug interactions as evidenced by lack of medication incidents.

o Bachelor’s degree or Ph.D in Pharmacy required
o RPH certification from the state of Texas required
o 2 years hospital staff pharmacist experience required (Pediatric experience preferred)
o 40 hours of training in compounding sterile products accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education or the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Required

Schedule : variable - 7days on 7days off 630p-7am Wed-Wed
Job Types : Full-time, PRN
Pay : $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
Expected hours : No less than 40 per week
