Overview This role requires expertise in vaccine management, compliance, and public health to ensure the effective implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of all vaccine-related protocols across our facilities. As the Vaccine Operations Coordinator Manager, the individual will have full control over vaccine-related operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong relationships with internal staff, shelter partners, and health authorities. The Vaccine Operations Coordinator Manager will also be responsible for training staff on accurate protocols and addressing any vaccine-related questions from shelters while also overseeing medical supply management and waste disposal.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the vaccine department, implementing and updating vaccine-related policies, protocols, and procedures across multiple facilities.
- Establish and manage vaccine accounts with all new shelters we contract with, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all policies and protocols are clearly communicated and adhered to by all relevant personnel, maintaining strict compliance across the board.

Additionally, maintain detailed records to support operational efficiency and cost management.
Collaborate with Advowaste to identify cost-saving opportunities, such as adjusting container sizes to better align with the specific needs of each shelter.

Location : Office-based with frequent travel to various shelter locations as required
