As a Nurse Practitioner at our facility, you will be essential in ensuring that our patients receive optimal care tailored to their individual health needs. This role involves comprehensive duties including conducting physical exams, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, and managing patient health overall. You will also serve as an educator, informing patients and their referring clinicians about the services we provide, and the care plans developed. This position is designed for a dedicated individual eager to expand their knowledge and clinical expertise while actively contributing to our patient-focused care objectives. You will see patients in our offices as well as external facilities in Cumberland and Salem Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient examinations and review medical history.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and X-rays.
- Diagnose health conditions based on a thorough evaluation of test results.
- Prescribe and manage medications.
- Maintain precise patient records and appointment schedules.
- Educate patients about their health conditions and the medications prescribed.
- Monitor and oversee the comprehensive health profile of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Advanced professional knowledge in a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrable experience as a Nurse Practitioner in environments such as clinics, hospitals, emergency rooms, etc.
- Proficiency in primary care, acute care, and chronic care management.
- Familiarity with health and patient care regulations.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong ethical grounding.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting with a positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Commitment to continual education and clinical skill enhancement.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
- Active CDS and DEA licenses.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
