Cardiovascular Wellness Company Medical Assistant Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect patient information, including demographic details and medical history.
- Accurately input insurance information for patient records.
- Obtain baseline vital signs to assess patient health.
- Perform ABI, ANS, and Sudomotor testing as part of comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Upload test results to the electronic medical record for physician review and summary.
- Provide accurate and timely test results to physicians for informed decision-making.
- Assume accountability for productivity and efficiency at the site level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Bilingual English and Spanish language proficiency is essential.
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Previous experience working in a doctor's office or clinical setting is beneficial.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
