Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately intake patient information for effective clinical workflow management
- Efficiently input insurance details into our electronic system for streamlined billing and payment processing
- Conduct baseline vital sign assessments to inform treatment decisions and ensure patient safety
- Administer screening tests, including ABI, ANS, and Sudomotor testing, as directed by physicians
- Upload test results for physician review and approval, facilitating timely and accurate treatment decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accountability for site productivity and efficiency, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
