Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met during all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns regarding their meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including preparing beverages and serving drinks responsibly.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues effectively.
- Support team members during busy shifts by helping with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
