We are seeking an Engineering Manager passionate about building developer tools and interested in the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) space and Pulumi's approach to IaC.
This individual should have a strong understanding of infrastructure, security engineering, billing, and user identity and authorization.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as an engineering manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to guide design and architecture.
- Hands-on experience in coding and technical problem-solving.
- Comfort with building and iterating on both Open Source and Enterprise products.
- Comfort with all/some of the following: Amazon Web Services, MySQL, elasticsearch, AI/ML, building robust and resilient systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Hiring Range: $180,500 - $227,850
