YOUR MISSION:
- Assist in the creation of tactical product executions and innovations that position PUMA as the leader in Track & Field.
- Assist and manage the design & development processes of all Olympic product for PUMA sponsored federations. Competition, Training, Village, Podium, Ceremony.
- Assist and manage the design & development processes of the Track & Field Apparel promotional athlete products.
- Participate in executing and implementing overall Global Track & Field apparel product line initiatives.
- Manage and execute designated calendar timelines and milestones.
- Work closely with Global Sports Marketing to ensure excellent data adherence of line plans, OPD’s, ISD’s and visual merch boards.
- Help execute all Go To Market deliverables for seasonal collections.
- Help execute commercial opportunities and marketing initiatives for regions to capitalize on Olympics or Promo products.
- Maintain product information systems ensuring excellent data quality. Flawless execution of PAC data maintenance
- Maintain line plans and reports, analyze on seasonal growth and forecasting
- Assist with product ordering, storage management and shipments.
- Assist with wear testing apparel for our sponsored Track & Field athletes
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
- A minimum of 1-3 years' work experience in a product management role
- Passion for Track & Field
- General knowledge of the international retail environment and competitive landscape, in particular running/track & field consumer trends and market dynamic
- Strong organization, analytical, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good presenting skills, including creation of high-quality, accurate and engaging content
- Must be highly collaborative and have the ability to work within a cross-functional team, matrixed global organization
- Position based in Somerville, MA
- Requires domestic & international business travel - up to 20%
