Your Talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field. Master’s Business Administration degree preferred
- 8 years of experience ingolf club product design and engineering
- Expert 3D CAD modeling skills including free form surfacing, parametric sketches, solid tools, associative modeling, and part families
- High level knowledge of Office software products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Project management and leadership experience : Ability to lead a project and project team.
- Vendor communication and advanced manufacturing experience / knowledge
- Expert level understanding of golf, golf clubs, golf club physics, history, and the golf market
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Exceptional follow through, detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively schedule and work against business deadlines
- Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial
- Results oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200 - $141,125 Bonus Benefits
