University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in cost controlling and analysis, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of data, join data from various sources, and provide actionable recommendations
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to travel occasionally to warehouse facilities for audit purposes
Advanced proficiency in Excel a must
SAP S/4HANA knowledge a plus
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis is highly desirable.

Your Mission
Work with Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure accurate product costs are included in PO transactions and landed inventory values using the Moving Average Cost (MAC) methodology
Provide analysis of product margins based on current and projected costs; collaborate with the Merchandising team in the development of future season margin projections based on forecasted product assortment plans
Purchase Price Variance (PPV) Analysis: Validate invoice timing and accuracy, analyze cost discrepancies, and identify root causes.
Periodically review and update standard cost assumptions for future products by reviewing and analyzing actual cost results
Prepare and maintain Internal Control documentation related to the product costing functions for the ERP system.
Partner with Accounting management to drive CoGS validation for month-end close
Collaborate on inventory-controlling activities and provide audit support
Assist with the development of standardized best practices in reporting and control methods
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial reporting and analysis.
Develop tools, solutions, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making across the business as well as enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-functional collaboration and general support within the Wholesale Controlling team as needed.
Salary : $93,000 - $129,000
