Are you passionate about solving IT challenges and providing exceptional technical support? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll ensure seamless IT operations by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and various devices while resolving technical issues for our employees.
What You'll Do :
- Provide daily technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Install and configure personal computers, operating systems, and applications, including Microsoft Office 2013, Outlook 2019, and Windows 10.
- Monitor and manage service requests using ServiceNow Remedy or similar ticketing systems.
- Set up and troubleshoot hardware such as Windows 10 workstations, label printers, document scanners, e-signature pads, credit card machines, and Imprivata card readers.
- Resolve hardware and software issues, including reimaging systems or replacing faulty hardware when necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of trouble tickets related to computers, printers, and software.
- Apply virus definitions and security patches to address and mitigate threats.
- Collaborate with team members and end-users to deliver innovative and effective technical solutions.
