Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Saginaw. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Project Management. This role requires leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously if needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.
- Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and construction workers.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates and address any issues.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
