As a Tech Lead, you'll play a critical role in building our platform and driving the technical direction of the company. This hands-on position involves working on all parts of our stack, from frontend to backend, and collaborating with other engineers, designers, and founders.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the rest of the team to design and implement our backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other engineers and designers to build a user-friendly platform that meets customer needs.
- Help define and execute the technical roadmap, balancing technical debt and innovation to deliver business goals.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a full stack engineer, preferably at a pre-Series B startup.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks; experience with React and Next.js is preferred.
