Fine Gardener/ Craftsperson/ Horticulturist (Garden Maintenance)
Full or Part-time, seasonal position

Detail oriented with a positive attitude
Job Description:
- Has professional horticulture skills, plant ID knowledge, ability to work alone on a job site
- Reports to Garden Team Leader or Project Foreman as assigned
- Drives directly to client sites in own vehicle, arriving between 7:30-8:30 am - unless help is requested by Garden Team Leader with loading at shop or nursery
- Has reliable transportation for 8-hour crew workday, Monday through Friday/ some Saturdays.
- Understands and performs seasonal fine gardening or project tasks as part of a team
- Completes work assigned in allotted time frame provided by Garden Team Leader or Project Foreman
- Wears clean and neat PBOG uniforms at all times
- Arrives outfitted with complete set of standard issue hand tools in good working order (company will provide)
- Answers client questions with an awesome attitude!
- Mentors newer gardeners whenever possible to help them understand the flow of work and expectations of PBOG
