Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and optimize expenses to achieve profitability.
- Develop strategic plans to elevate the overall club experience.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance.
- Create an annual budget for the golf course and monitor its performance throughout the year.
- Protect the golf course and its assets by implementing a preventative maintenance program.
- Respond promptly to member requests with a friendly and respectful demeanor.
- Maintain exceptional member retention by fostering an environment of excellent hospitality, programming, and quality maintenance.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of individuals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the golf or hospitality industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- CMAA certification or PGA membership (a plus).
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- A proven track record as a business developer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A disciplined leader with experience in the 4 Disciplines of Execution (an asset).
