Job Description
Pumps of Houston, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager / Inside Sales professional to join our team in Austin. As a Branch Operations Manager, you will be crucial in overseeing the shop operations and internal Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise shop personnel and internal Customer Service employees
- Monitor shop equipment performance and maintenance
- Approve purchases of shop supplies, test equipment, and specialty tools
- Track and expedite jobs to meet customer promise dates
- Handle warranty work when necessary
- Provide support to customers and sales representatives
- Manage quotations, ordering, tracking, and expediting of parts, repairs, field service, and installation jobs
- Assist in pricing / costing activities
