We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Associate. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value they receive from our products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about tech, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through their
  • journey with Punchey from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs
  • and challenges to ensure their success with our solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to offer tailored advice, strategies, and
  • solutions that improve their business operations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers, review their account status, and address any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback and work with the product development team to influence
  • future product enhancements and features.
  • Create and manage resources, such as guides, tutorials, and webinars, to educate and empower customers.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
  • Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships, driving adoption, and aligning customer needs with business goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively across multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
