Customer Experience Specialist (CPG Industry)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and highly organized Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role supports multiple unique brands, fostering relationships with wholesale partners and consumers alike. The ideal candidate thrives on creating exceptional customer experiences, loves helping others, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative (70%):
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently from entry to delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to wholesale partners and direct consumers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Assist in managing customer invoice / payment inquiries and handling related follow-ups.
Sales Support (30%):
- Sales Outreach: Support sales initiatives by reaching out to prospective and existing customers to share brand updates and promote products.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners and key stakeholders.
- Follow-Up Coordination: Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and engagement.
