Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors to our Information Center, providing exceptional customer service. This position will also assist with office tasks which may require organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry.
- Utilize computer software for some tasks.
- Provide support when needed, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing member records.
- Assist with billing inquiries and other documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Some computer literacy.
- Ability to operate phone systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work independently.
