Are you detail-oriented and organized? Our community center is looking for a Bookkeeper & Office Assistant to help with financial tasks and administrative duties. If you have experience in bookkeeping or are eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable
- Process payroll and handle payroll taxes
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other documents
- Assist with record-keeping and data entry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience or training in bookkeeping, payroll, and basic accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior administrative experience is helpful but not required
