Club Services Manager
Pup Social is looking for an experienced Club Services Manager to join our team! Experience managing a beauty salon or pet grooming service is acceptable as this person will be overseeing two departments: the sPAW (grooming services) and the human beauty department (offering limited services). This position will manage service bookings, appointment and baseline operations including scheduling the 10-12 person staff across both departments and handing inventory for both as well.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring financial transactions and providing regular financial reports to other senior managers and owners
- Supporting the launch and growth of Pup Social’s grooming services and pet wash
- Supporting the launch and growth of Pup Social’s human beauty department
- Maintaining and providing support for customers appointments and billing via the POS
- Managing inventory
- Scheduling and overseeing grooming and esthetician staff.
- Ensuring both departments are organized, clean, and optimized for services provided.
- Staying attuned to customer preferences, researching new products, and market trends.
- Be onsite a minimum of three days a week

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a team player who loves dogs, people, and building community. You should be:
- 5 years experience in managing beauty salon, or grooming teams, and inventory (both is a bonus).
- Skilled at creating relationships with clients and training staff.
- Customer service oriented, organized, and comfortable with tech.
- Experience working with, updating, and managing appointment booking software.
- Passionate about innovation and adapting to challenges.
Preferred qualifications include experience in dog-related industries, management, first hand experience and certifications as a salon stylist or esthetician or/and a groomer.
