Experienced Manager for Puppies & Yoga
Join our vibrant and innovative Puppies & Yoga studios as our Experience Manager! We're looking for a dynamic individual to ensure that every class runs smoothly and that every participant leaves with a smile.
About the Role:
This part-time hybrid role requires a dedicated individual who can work weekends and has a knack for multitasking and organization.
The position involves approximately 6 hours of organizational work during the week and about 15 hours over the weekend. As the Experience Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our studio, ensuring that every class is a magical experience for our clients.
The remuneration of this role is flexible - depending on your attendance during the weekend, and can go up to 2000$ per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience: Ensure the seamless execution of each class and address any issues that arise, making sure all participants have an exceptional experience.
- Coordinate Staff Calendars: Manage the schedules of all staff members, including yoga teachers, breeders, and cleaning staff.
- Inventory Management: Oversee supplies for the studio such as yoga mats, paper towels, toys, and cleaning supplies.
- Logistics: Receive and organize packages, ensuring everything is in place for the classes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
- Team Building: Hire, train, and lead a dedicated staff team to support the studio’s operations.
- Studio Vibe and Decoration: Create and continuously improve the vibe and decoration in the studio to enhance the overall experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer Service Skills: A great sense of service, as you will be the face of our studio, interacting with clients regularly.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work most weekends.
- Hygiene Sensitivity: Ensure the studio is always clean, hygienic, and smells pleasant.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, independent, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem Solving: Proactive and quick to address and resolve any issues that arise.
- Transportation: Having a car is a plus for ease of commuting and managing errands.
