Puppy Paws Nanny Concierge for In-Home Services! Is a specialized service we offer our clients where we take care of their pups in the comfort of their own home.

Nanny In-Home Services

• One Hour Nanny Check
  Potty breaks, playtime, or prepare lunch.
• Hourly Nanny
  Nanny services by the hour! You say when and how long.
• Nanny Walks
  Break up the day with a Nanny walk!
• Pick-up & Delivery
  One-way or round-trip

The applicant for this position needs to be able to be on-call at all times and work a flexible schedule, as we are available to clients 24/7, and willing to step up for scheduled services, sometimes at the last minute. Must be willing and able to work in other positions at Puppy Paws, as needed. 

This position is NOT guaranteed hours and would be a great supplemental evening or weekend position for the right candidate. 

Our primary goals are:

• Focus on pet health & well-being by providing fun daily activities for pets
• Personal service – Knowing pups and their owners! We want to continually exceed our client’s expectations by building relationships and giving every dog the utmost attention and care they deserve
• Creating a fun and loving environment where pups enjoy spending time away from home.
• Maintain a level of EXCELLENT customer service. Be attentive to detail and able to take instructions well.
• Exhibit cooperation and teamwork with ALL departments
• Follow and uphold Puppy Paws “Standard Operating Procedures” SOP’s weather in a client’s home or at a Puppy Paws Facility. 

Requirements   

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be available to be on-call, seven days a week, at all times (time off requests are honored if requested at least 2 weeks in advance)
• Must be available to stay the night at client’s home on occasion
• Uphold Puppy Paws Core Values
• Reliability and a consistent work ethic is a must
• Help to maintain and promote a positive culture
• Maintain EXCELLENT Customer Service for clients & pups
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Oversee and interact with dogs of all sizes in open group play with 15-20 dogs with Comfort & Confidence 
• Pet care experience is a plus
• Always making sure the dogs are having a safe and positive experience by upholding our Dog Safety SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) 
• Maintain a clean work environment 
• Follow and uphold Puppy Paws dress code
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Clear, Consistent, Communication 

Job Duties  

• Work from a task list for duties 
• Be respectful and honor client confidentiality while in the home
• Understand and follow In-Home care instructions 
• Update clients at the beginning and end of each visit through GroupMe App
• Occasionally stay the night at client’s homes
• Be attentive to the dogs  
• Understand and operate within the Puppy Paws Service Standards 
• Ability to clean thoroughly  
• Ability to walk dogs of all sizes on leashes  
• A passion for dogs, and a gentle touch
• Uphold and follow playroom/facility guidelines
