As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in getting our puppies to their forever homes and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
*Duties*
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend specific breeds that suit their lifestyle.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain and aquire knowledge of breed types and their specific attributes to effectively communicate features to customers.
- Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in retail sales environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus.
