Front End Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front End Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions swiftly.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales teams to promote special offers and new products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and change giving.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
