As a Puppy Chaperone, you will be an integral part of the PuppySpot team and work diligently to ensure that every puppy arrives safe and on time to his or her new home by hand delivering each precious puppy to their new owner or family. The Right Candidate
- Close proximity to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport(CLE).
- Must be comfortable flying frequently and interacting with a diverse group of people
- Must be able lift up to 20lbs. comfortably and sit for up to 5 hours at a time
- Has a smart phone capable of group text messaging and internet access
- Has a passion for animals
- Has a friendly, positive attitude
- Finds joy in delivery happiness and exceptional customer service
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of two years' customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Helpful, professional and productive in all interactions with customers and breeders
- Able to clearly articulate and address concerns, changes, and travel requirements
- Communicate effectively with management to improve the customer experience
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Experience with dogs a plus
- Vet tech and/or dog training skills a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
