What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Groomer position at PUPS Pet Club?
Job Summary : Deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners by executing style requests communicating clearly and honestly and bringing a positive attitude. Provide exemplary cosmetic care for pets being gentle and patient with anxious and difficult animals. Protect the best interests of our customers and their pets notifying owners of any concerns including skin abnormalities ear infections ticks and fleas.
Essential functions and responsibilities :
- Manage appointments.
- Clean and freshen pet hair by washing shampooing and conditioning it.
- Shave trim and style pet hair according to the owners preferences.
- Maintain overall pet hygiene by clipping nails brushing teeth and cleaning ears.
- Maintain a clean workstation by sanitizing and sweeping.
- Advise owners on athome care tips and best practices for their pets.
- Conducting yourself in a manner that is in the best interest of clients and PUPS team members by representing PUPS in a professional and positive manner.

Bryan :
Bryan is one of our top Groomers at PUPS Pet Club. He started his journey at PUPS as a groomer four years ago and now is an instructor in our apprenticeship program. He has taken on a mentorship role and helps new groomers acclimate and succeed.
Kaytlyn :
Kaytlyn has been working at PUPS Pet Club as a Dog Groomer for a little over a year. She values been seen and heard as an expert in her field and transitioned to PUPS for those reasons. She loves the endless opportunities for financial stability growth and creating a dedicated base of Dog and their Pet Parents!
