Job Summary : The Member Services Representative will assist customers with purchasing services and merchandise in person on the computer system and on the phones.
Essentia l functions and responsibilities :
- Greets and interacts with customers including answering phone system.
- Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to services and merchandise.
- Demonstrates and explains services and merchandise selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
- Assists customers with purchase decisions.
- Schedules reservations for grooming training daycare appointments.
- Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
- Performs Daycare attendant duties as assigned or as necessary.
- Maintains regular communication with supervisor to report problems or safety hazards.
- Represents PUPS in a professional and positive manner.
