Description
The Pür Sales and Education Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to assist the Account Executive/Coordinator to achieve sales plan, gain market share, and drive brand awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and nurture strong relationships with store staff and retail management in ULTA
· Train, educate and motivate retail and salon staff in assigned territory.
· Assist in recruiting, hiring, coaching and training productive & effective selling specialists to support business growth
· Execute, support and promote all Pür promotions, brand initiatives, and product launches
· Maintain Pür’s image of beauty by adhering to company policies and dress code
· Lead by example through personally demonstrating effective sales techniques, selling skills, and by meeting daily sales goals
· Drive and increase sales volume in the assigned territory
· Maintain ongoing & consistent communication with all in store staff and management.
· Analyze productivity reports, weekly numbers and various reporting
· Weekly Expense reports
· Manage and maintain all Budgets
· Meet all Deadlines
· Ensure PUR planograms are updated on time and all componentry is correct. Monitor the appearance, standards, graphics and stock levels so that the gondola, and tester units are always impactful.
· Work to gain additional visual exposure via end caps, seasonal displays
***This position is part-time 25-29 hours per week. Competitive pay, commission potential, mileage
Requirements
· Retail cosmetics experience a must
· Ulta sales experience preferred
· Weekend availability
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong Selling Communication Skills, check email daily
· Relationship building
· Self driven motivated
· Cosmetic Consultations/Assessing skin types
· Sales Techniques
· Achieve Sales Goals - Strong Seller
· Coach a small team of Selling Specialists
· Passion for the industry and the brand.
· Must have reliable transportation and willing to travel within the assigned territory (8-12 ULTA locations)
· Able to engage and pull customers to the brand.
The position is Part time, 25-29 hours per week plus the potential to earn commission and mileage pay
