As we expand into new modalities and grow our client base, we are seeking a motivated, results-driven Med Spa Receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and professional part-time/contract Med Spa Receptionist to drive sales and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Med Spa industry, a sales background, and an ownership mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Actively engage with new leads and existing clients to convert inquiries into bookings for treatments, packages and memberships.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services and packages, ensuring they meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, bookings, and sales progress.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, building relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Answer client inquiries regarding treatments, pricing, and promotions with professionalism and expertise.
- Help ensure clients have a smooth experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with commission incentives based on performance.
- Regularly report sales performance to management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to stay up to date with new products, services, and industry trends.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, feedback, and market opportunities.
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $17 per hour
- Commission Structure:
- 3% commission on monthly sales below $5,000
- 5% commission on monthly sales between $5,000 and $15,000
- 7% commission on monthly sales between $15,000 and $45,000
- 10% commission on monthly sales above $45,000
- Additional Benefits:
- Flexible schedule with 35 to 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for more hours as the business grows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in the Med Spa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry).

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with an ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Knowledge of the Med Spa industry and services is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
