What You’ll Own:
- Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing tactics (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, etc.)
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, etc
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to define job requirements, align on hiring goals, and ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize hiring and onboarding processes
- Owning and managing Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR used internally)
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices to ensure ethical and compliant hiring processes
- 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles (corporate or agency)
- Experience in a leadership or senior recruiter position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList, or niche job boards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment
