Your Role at Pura:
As a member of the Commerce Product Management Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Pura’s Marketplace and business to business sales capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders across Retail, Partnerships, eCommerce, and Operations to define the products we sell, optimize our sales channels, and drive consistent high rate of growth. What You’ll Own:
Vision & Strategy
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Pura’s Marketplace, B2B eCommerce site, and related commerce initiatives
- Align with company-wide business objectives and retail partner’s needs to drive revenue growth and adoption
- Identify emerging trends in eCommerce, B2B commerce, and platform integrations to inform product decisions pertinent to Pura’s Marketplace roadmap
- Partner closely with Retail, Partnerships, eCommerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on business priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, communicating product vision, success metrics, and key milestones
- Gather and synthesize feedback from merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to improve Marketplace functionality
- Select and manage technology solutions, platform integrations, and third-party partnerships that enhance Marketplace capabilities
- Work with engineering, design, and data teams to execute product development in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Define and optimize the end-to-end experience for retail partners sourcing and selling products through Marketplace
- Drive the implementation of Marketplace features, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery
- Get hands-on with the Shopify ecosystem and adjacent technology systems and integrations, working closely with developers and internal teams
- Develop and monitor key success metrics, using data-informed insights to iterate and improve
- Present progress, impact, and next-step recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Anticipate long-term scalability needs and future-proof the platform for continued merchant adoption and business growth
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, features, and integrations to stay ahead of industry trends
- 3-5 years of product management experience in eCommerce, B2B marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
- Strong expertise in marketplace platforms, Shopify, and commerce platform ecosystems
- Proven experience partnering with data, engineering and design teams to launch and scale customer-facing eCommerce products
- Proven track record in scaling eCommerce business
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, design, account management, customer care, and marketing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Looker)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate user needs into business value
- Passion for eCommerce, merchant enablement, and platform scalability
