What We Offer:
Salary: $60,000 base
Earning Potential: Overrides ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 based on team performance

Responsibilities:
Train and coach sales reps to master the art of selling water filtration systems
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with company leadership to ensure alignment with overall goals
Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
A track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams to exceed goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
Strong leadership qualities with a passion for helping others succeed
Benefits
Compensation: Salary Base $60,000 plus Commission. OTE $95,000 - $150,000
