What We Offer : Salary : $60000 base
Earning Potential : Overrides ranging from $80000 to $200000 based on team performance

Train and coach sales reps to master the art of selling water filtration systems
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Provide ongoing support mentorship and performance feedback to team members

Collaborate with company leadership to ensure alignment with overall goals
Maintain a positive highenergy work environment
Requirements
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
A track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams to exceed goals

Compensation : Salary Base $60000 plus Commission. OTE $95000 $150000
