Primary Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Produce SEO-friendly content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, intranet, owned websites, etc.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring compatibility with various devices
- Partner with content creators to conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and maintain up-to-date and accurate information across digital channels
- Stay up to date on industry trends
- Train and support others on best practices and how to use platforms where needed
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, SproutSocial, CRM, etc.) to generate performance reports on Puratos US digital KPIs, including but not limited to: website traffic, impressions, engagement, lead gen, conversion rates and webshop activity (sales, margin, customer and order trends, promotions, etc)
- Analyze data to gain a deeper understanding of customer preferences, pain points, and overall engagement with Puratos US across digital platforms. Recommend opportunities for improvement where relevant.
- Regularly update web-based Puratos sites with fresh content (articles, recipes, new features), ensuring visuals are captivating and relevant to target audiences
- Integrate PuratosTV content into the website homepage, promoting video content and enriching the user experience
- Create and manage web pages for products (evergreen) and campaigns (moment in time) and execute “perfect product page” recommendations to optimize content
- Maintain and manage content databases, including recipe databases, asset databases, Airtable, etc. to ensure data accuracy and efficient organization
- Refresh web-based sites regularly for relevance, accuracy and SEO optimization
- Act as voice of Puratos across digital touchpoints
- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, messages, comments, and sentiment on digital platforms
- Foster organic engagement through proactive measures
- Assist with the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email, ecomm and search engine marketing (SEM)
- Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned campaigns, ensuring timely and smooth delivery of all campaign elements
- Verify that all creative assets (images, videos, graphics) adhere to campaign guidelines and brand standards, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with content creators to provide constructive feedback and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of campaign content
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Regularly communicate campaign performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for future optimization
- Bachelor’s degree required; Preferred majors: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related fied
- 3 years of related digital marketing experience
- Strong project manager, able to work within a multidisciplinary team (i.e. copywriters, brand & communications associates, product/service marketers, etc.)
- Self-starter with a drive for collaboration, flexibility, and continuous learning
- Ability to think strategically and commercially in a B2B setting
- Team player who is positive, hands on and able to get the best out of a team
- Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances
- Knack for motivating cross-functional teams to rally around plans and strategies is a key skill within our matrixed organization
- Articulate written, visual and verbal communicator, excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills; fluency in English is essential
