What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance position at Purcell Park Apartments?
We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Inspect and diagnose mechanical problems and determine appropriate repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and installations.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and installations.
- Paint, problem solve, & make ready apartments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
