As a full-time Outside Service Tech , your mission is to provide exceptional value by addressing the tire needs of every customer The Purcell Way; in a safe approved manner using the proper tools and techniques while on the customer's property and roadside service calls.

Who We're Looking For :
Self-motivated & dependable

Adaptable & flexible
Ability to work and learn in a physically demanding environment
What You Need :
Ability to pass a background & drug screen
6 months commercial tire experience required
Valid driver's license
3-yr Clean MVR; No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations
What You'll Do :
Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of commercial tires / wheels
Services calls as scheduled by service manager
Keeping service vehicle fully stocked
Preventative maintenance of the service vehicle - daily inspection, oil changes, etc.
Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up, and organization
Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

Outside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay, daytime service commission, and night / weekend service commission. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, geographic location, and willingness to participate in after-hours / on-call programs.
