Who We're Looking For:

What You Need:
• Valid Driver’s License
• 3 yr Clean Record
• No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations
• Ability to pass background and drug screen**
• 2-5 years outside/ route industrial sales experience preferred
• Tire sales experience a plus
What You’ll Do:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
• Develop positive relationships to anticipate and handle customers’ needs
• Generate new commercial, and OTR sales/service sales, including retreads
• Assure the highest levels of customer service
• Report information regularly via Purcell’s sales management tool
• Maintain a clean vehicle to reflect the proper corporate image
• Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety in all matters, at all times
• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
• Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management

*Outside Sales Reps are compensated through a combination of salary and sales commissions. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an annual rate. Variables include relevant experience, sales, and geographic location.
**This position is considered “safety sensitive” for purposes of Washington State Senate Bill 5123, as impairment while working in this position presents a substantial risk of death for the employee. Because this position serves customers and services customer vehicles, impairment while working in this position also presents a substantial risk of death for the customer. As such, final candidates for this position will be screened for the presence of non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites and offers of employment will be rescinded if said screening nets a positive result. Once hired, employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident screening and positive results will result in immediate termination under company policies.
Salary : $42,000 - $125,000
