As a Service Manager, your mission is to lead your team by combining your in-depth knowledge with your exceptional people skills to supervise and coordinate the activities of auto technicians and tire service technicians.

What You Need:
• Ability to pass a background & drug screen
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• 3 yr MVR with no DUIs & more than 2 moving violations
• 6 years of relevant experience
What You’ll Do:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Manage workflow of the service department
• Prepare service estimates
• Maintain customer trust
• Assure customer’s concerns are addressed in the technician’s inspection & findings
• Explain estimates, repairs needed/ recommended, & completion times
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints as they arise
• Foster a good working relationship with parts vendors
• Maintain inventory for back shop supplies
• Assist with the purchase of parts, materials & equipment
• Train service personnel
• Embrace Purcell’s culture of safety in all matters, at all times
• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management
