The Opportunity :
The Contract Marketing Communications Specialist will partner with Purchasing Power stakeholders to develop strategic communications plans and materials and serve as internal communications back up as needed.
This is a 20 hour per week engagement).
What You Will Do : Assist with bi-monthly Townhalls as needed and own the production of the monthly employee newsletter for Purchasing PowerCreate or coordinate the appropriate mix of communication tools for each plan : written content, presentations to internal and external audiences, e-mails, and other tools as neededIncorporate change management best practices to ensure employees understand, accept, and adopt changes in a timely and engaged mannerProvide effective content development and execution ensuring that company-related communication materials meet editorial standards for accuracy, readability, clarity, and brandLead the content development for regular client deliverables including the quarterly client newsletter, client events, and / or special client projects as assigned by the VP of BtoB MarketingWork with Senior Manager, Public Relations, and Director of BtoB Marketing to create a Consolidated CalendarProvide marketing event support as neededOther duties as assignedThe Experience You Will Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field5 years of experience in Corporate CommunicationsProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working in a Financial Services or HR environment (preferred)What We Stand For :
