The Opportunity : The Data Analyst is responsible for providing analytics, data sourcing, creating code in support of the Account Recovery department.
What You Will Do :
- Perform data mining / code management using state-of-the-art methods and assisting with prescriptive analysis related to collections and loss rate performance
- Assist with developing predictive models of customer value, behavior, and responsiveness based on various business activities related to supply chain metrics
- Analyze business activities and present results and recommendations to enhance operational strategies both for awareness, effectiveness and overall financial benefit
- Assist with creating and maintaining meaningful and actionable reports / dashboards for business
- Understand underlying business challenges across the organization and communicate accurate data insights that enable confident, effective decision making
- Monitor daily / weekly / monthly metrics and alert business leaders to issues and trends
- Maintain relationships with the IT and Finance teams to assure data accuracy and integrity
- Recognize and communicate financial implications of business decisions and strategy
