The Opportunity: The Sales Enablement & Execution Intern will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to gather information around current/future processes and play a key role in building automation of these processes within our CRM Salesforce. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Sales Operations, and Account Management teams to understand responsibilities and align within our CRM tool.
What You Will Do:
- Meet with cross-functional partners and gather and document current processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities
- Conduct internal “interviews” with pertinent stakeholders to gather necessary process/procedure information
- Work with Sales Engineer to capture and build process automation within our CRM
- Serve as a fundamental part of the planning and execution of strategic projects
- Serve as a resource for the Sales Execution and Enablement team on various process improvement projects
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Demonstrated skillset in using CRM (Salesforce) and/or a strong interest in working with sales enablement systems
- Analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptive learner and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Basic project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
