We are looking for an organized, efficient, and self-motivated Office Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring our team remains productive and our processes run smoothly.

- Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring systems and processes are running smoothly
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and property showings
- Communication Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages
- Lead and Transaction Tracking: Help track real estate leads, facilitate the flow of deals, and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third parties to ensure projects and deals are moving forward
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Support: Assist with invoice tracking, accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining financial records
- Reporting: Generate and track reports on business metrics, lead generation, and deal progress to support decision-making
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar administrative/operations role (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with office software and systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Podio, Salesforce)
- Experience with real estate-related tools or platforms (e.g., MLS, PropStream, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
