JOB SUMMARY:

You'll play a vital role in overseeing service functions, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and exceeding production goals. SALARY:
108k-120k all in salary
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly branch goals, provide customized action plans to motivate sales staff, and hold effective coaching sessions weekly.
- Achieving, controlling, and monitoring the progress of the branch by meeting monthly sales and customer
- Providing direction and assigning tasks to service staff in their functional areas ensuring compliance, proper training, adherence to company policies, and safety.
- Partnering with human resources to address team member relation issues including performance, attendance, talent acquisition etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid, Active Pest Control Branch II/III Licensing
- Valid drivers’ license and be 21 years of age.
- 3-5 years of management and/or sales experience.
- Ability to work weekends and after hours.
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.
