JOB SUMMARY:

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Answering and managing mostly inbound sales calls (and some outbound sales call).
- Completing phone sales on qualified leads, preparing and sending E-Contract to customer and set up service via Best Fit process.
- Selling residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures.
- Collecting payments and apply payment to proper account.
- Scheduling inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
- Resolving billing issues, offer resolutions, and apply credits/adjustments when appropriate.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including articulation, persuasion/sales, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to use a multi-line telephone system, copy/fax machine, scanner, printer, and postage meter.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Velocify and PestPac or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
