Duties

• Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing operational costs.
• Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Lead project management initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align operational strategies with sales objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity.
• Strong skills in business development, profit loss management, and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising diverse teams.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools that support operational management.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
